General Meeting of Shareholders

General Meeting of Shareholders has the authority that is not granted to the Board of Commissioners or Board of Directors within the limits specified by law or the articles of association of the Company. The Company conducted Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Annual General Meeting held once a year, while the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held as needed. 

In Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, commissioners and directors of the Company will present annual Company activities and performance, audited financial statements and other matters that are considered important by management concerning the Company's management strategy.

The Company held Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 9, 2017. The announcement of General Meeting of Shareholders made on May 2, 2017 and summons of General Meeting of Shareholders on May 1, 2017.
